Our Story
From a simple stay to a place guests can call home
Green Villa started with a simple idea: to create a comfortable and welcoming place for people visiting Oluvil and the Eastern Coast.
As more guests discovered us, we continued to grow and improve — upgrading our rooms, adding better facilities and listening to what our guests needed. What started as a small guest house has now grown into a 21-room property, while we continue to keep the personal service that makes Green Villa special.
Today, guests come to us for many reasons — business, university visits, family trips, religious visits, tourism or simply a quiet break. Whatever brings you to Oluvil, we want you to feel that you have found a comfortable place to stay and people who are happy to have you here.

A comfortable space designed for productive gatherings
Our 80 m² air-conditioned conference hall provides a comfortable and flexible setting for meetings, conferences, training programmes, workshops and presentations. The hall features a ceiling-mounted projector, 100-inch screen, sound system and microphone, with seating that can be arranged to suit your event.
The hall accommodates up to 50 guests in theatre style, 30 in classroom or U-shape arrangements, and up to 20 around a boardroom-style table.
From academic programmes and staff development sessions to company meetings, training workshops and multi-day events, we can help arrange the space around your requirements.
